We Ship Everything to Your Door

Your chosen floral decor is delivered straight to your doorstep 2–3 days before your wedding, securely packaged and ready to transform your venue.

Please note: We do not ship heavier decor items such as large arches or oversized backdrops due to shipping limitations. Lighter, shippable items like centerpieces, greenery items are delivered right to your doorstep!

Vivian Grace Creations is the way to go when planning for your big day. I rented bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, popcorn tins, and a ton of table cloths for both round and rectangle tables. The flowers look so real in person and in photos! The only thing I would change would be renting all of my center pieces from Vivian Grace (I had already had those purchased though). Absolutely! Our collection is designed to be flexible. Whether you're planning a rustic outdoor wedding or something more modern, you can combine items to suit your theme.

All of our floral items are available for nationwide shipping, including meadows, toppers, and centerpieces. However, larger or heavier pieces such as candles & holders, linens, large backdrops, or lanterns are not eligible for shipping. We’ll always clarify this on the product page or during your consultation.

We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear is expected, but for significant damage or missing items, a replacement fee may apply. We always recommend handling items with care and repacking them securely for return.

We recommend booking your wedding event rentals at least 3-5 months in advance. However, if your event is coming up soon, reach out! We’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders based on item availability.

The rental period is 5 days. You will receive the decor rentals for weddings a few days before the event and return them after, using the included shipping label or drop off. Need extra time? Just reach out before booking.
